Brad is the founder and senior pastor of Rock Creek Church. He is a gifted communicator & has a passion to see people’s lives changed! Brad is the Church Planting Director for the Vision TX Church Planting Movement within Converge Church Planting Organization. Under his leadership, over 13 churches have been planted in the State of Texas, as well as 8 in the Dominican Republic. He and his wife Sarah, have two incredible kids, Haley, who is married to Levi & Ryder, who is married to Lauren. He considers it a privilege to lead one of the best churches in Prosper!

As Director of Operations, Jerry has responsibilities over facilities, finances, and human resources for the church.  Jerry has been with the Rock Creek Church since launch, volunteering in several areas as well sat on the Board of Directors and Finance Team. Jerry has a passion for the local church and supporting others as they come to meet and follow Jesus. Jerry was born and raised in a small town in North Texas, married to Karly and has six children and five grandchildren. Jerry loves college football, BBQing, and spending time with family and friends.

David is responsible for overseeing the Student Ministry through Young Adults. He is passionate about creatively connecting God’s word to people’s lives in order to help them start and strengthen their relationship with Jesus. He’s also an avid hockey fan; and as a former goalie you can find him “tending the twine” at a rink near you. David is married to his wife, Jenna, the girl that caught his eye in middle school. Together, they have two sons.

Brian and Amy serve Rock Creek Church by providing pastoral care and oversite.  This includes performing funerals, weddings, hospital visits as well as administrating our care ministries.  Additionally, Brian is our campus pastor available during the weekend services to provide pastoral care as needed.  They are passionate about sharing the love of Jesus Christ. Brian and Amy have five awesome kiddos: Ashlyn, CJ, Lily, Pierce and Benton, all of which are just as much fun and full of life as their parents. The Holts truly live out loud in every way! If you don’t believe that, just hang out with them for a little while…but be sure to bring your earplugs!

As our Creative & Comms Director, Lauren assists with creative projects, handles all graphic design, and oversees our social media. She has a creative eye that keeps our church culturally relevant, while remaining biblically pure. Lauren started as a student in our youth ministry, and has volunteered for our NexGen Pastor, David Smullin, for a couple of years before coming on staff full-time. In the last year, she was married to Ryder Wilkerson, and became the new daughter in law to Senior Pastor, Brad Wilkerson. In her downtime you can find her doing family and senior photography, and of course, watching one too many podcasts.
