Meet the Rock Creek Team

Brad is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Rock Creek Church He is a gifted communicator & has a passion to see people’s lives changed! Brad is the Church Planting Director for the Vision TX Church Planting Movement within Converge Church Planting Organization. Under his leadership, over 15 churches have been planted in the State of Texas, as well as 8 in the Dominican Republic. He and his wife Sarah, have two incredible kids, Haley, who is married to Levi, and Ryder, who is married to Lauren. He is also a proud Pops to his first grandchild, Maggie Ann! He considers it a privilege to lead one of the best churches in Prosper!

Greg Jones is the Executive Pastor of Spiritual Development, overseeing Discipleship & Groups, Teaching, and Missions. He is from Bryan, Texas, where he initially began his pastoral ministry. In recent years, he lived with his family in Estonia – northeastern Europe – where he led the process of planting and pastoring a church. He has a Master of Divinity from B.H. Carroll Theological Institute and a Master’s degree from Texas A&M University. His wife, Dee, is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, counseling people from a variety of different backgrounds and experiences. They have three children. Greg has a passion for helping people discover their story within God’s story, finding their place and purpose in today’s world. He enjoys movies, sports, and a warm beach anywhere in the world!

Jerry serves as the Executive Pastor of Operations at Rock Creek Church, overseeing Staff &HR, Finances, and Operations. He has been with Rock Creek since its launch, volunteering in several areas and serving on both the Board of Directors and Finance Team. Jerry has a passion for the local church and supporting others as they come to meet and follow Jesus! Born and raised in a small town in North Texas, Jerry is married to Karly. They have six children and are blessed with five grandchildren. He loves college football, BBQing, and spending time with family and friends.

As the Next Gen Pastor at Rock Creek Church, I’m thrilled to lead our Children’s and Youth Ministries, focusing on helping young people meet and follow Jesus. We believe our youth are not just the future but an integral part of the church today, emphasizing discipleship through fellowship, passion for God’s word, and prayer. My family, including my wife, Kristy, a kindergarten teacher, and my sons Caleb and Cole, are deeply involved in the church and community. I invite everyone to get involved in our Next Gen Ministry, whether you’re a young person looking to connect or an adult wanting to serve. We’re excited about what God has in store for our ministry and look forward to growing together in faith and community.

Brian serves Rock Creek Church by providing pastoral care and oversight. This includes performing funerals, weddings, and hospital visits as well as administrating our care ministries. Additionally, Brian is our Campus Pastor available during the weekend services to provide pastoral care as needed. Brian is passionate about sharing the love of Jesus Christ. He loves serving alongside his beautiful wife Amy, and they have five awesome kiddos: Ashlyn, CJ, Lily, Pierce, and Benton, all of whom are just as much fun and full of life as their parents. The Holts truly live out loud in every way! If you don’t believe that, just hang out with them for a little while…but be sure to bring your earplugs!

As Worship Director, Sam enjoys developing and overseeing our worship ministry at Rock Creek. She loves leading worship, working behind the scenes, and empowering the team to grow. Sam has been married to Tom for over 15 years, and they have three children. She loves connecting with ladies from Rock Creek over coffee and spending quality time with her family.
