Scripture is clear that spiritual growth happens most effectively in community. Our Women’s Connection Events are avenues for finding and establishing real meaningful connections with other women of all ages and stages in life. From holiday-themed events to exciting conferences, we design our events so you can find authentic friends who build your faith as you do life together.
GROw: your spiritual journey
We know that true friendships are not cultivated over a one-time event, so we offer a variety of groups for wherever you happen to be in your spiritual journey. We offer affinity groups for those with the same interests and women’s Bible studies by the semester. Some meet in the church building while others are hosted in the comfort of a home.
Go: share yourself
We say we are never more like Christ than when we lock arms and serve each other. In our Women’s Ministry, you will find many opportunities to connect your spiritual giftings with your passions and personality. Do you love to decorate? Cook? Design graphics? Teach the Bible? Open your home in hospitality? Organize & categorize? Encourage others? Pray? Mentor younger women? God has an open space for you to share who He has created you to be with Rock Creek Women!

Joyful Gathering | N. Prosper/Celina
“Joyful Gathering” is exactly what it says: a joyful space where ladies gather to become friends and share life with one another.
What it’s NOT:
- NOT a Bible Study
- NO homework
What It Is:
- a place to connect
- a place to share experiences, thoughts & pray for each other
- a group for ladies of all ages and stages, who accept and love one another.
- Confidentiality is a must within each group
When We Meet:
- Twice monthly, on the first and third Sundays. Note: if that day falls on a holiday or all-church event, Joyful Gathering will not meet. We do not meet during the summer months, but we DO encourage you to get together with your new friends during these months!
- Each August, you re-register to a group of your choice
New this year: We are starting a NEW Joyful Gathering LEADERSHIP GROUP ONLY for those who want to check out possibly becoming a JG Leader or JG Hostess. We have a need for more Joyful Gathering Groups across our neighborhoods. Our Joyful Gathering groups capacity is 25, plus the leaders of the group.
Pam Holman will be leading this LEADERSHIP GROUP and is so excited to meet you!!

We are proud to have a very active online community through Facebook groups. You will find daily requests for prayer, encouragement, and women sharing their stories. This is a great resource to stay connected and informed on everything going on here at the church!
Mom's in Prayer Weekly Gathering
If you have children or grandchildren in school at any age there is a group of women who meet every week during the school year at Rock Creek to pray over schools for the children, teachers, staff, curriculum etc. This group is open to anyone who loves to pray. They meet every Tuesday from 8:45am to 10:00am through out school year and follow the Prosper ISD calendar.
Location: Multi-Purpose Room at Rock Creek Church

There are many opportunities to serve at Rock Creek. We want you to find the one that best suits your passion, personality, and availability.
Dee Jones | Women’s Director
We welcomed Dee Jones as Rock Creek Women’s Director in January, 2023. In addition to Dee’s God-given servant leadership qualities, she comes equipped as a:
- Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
- Biblical Life Coach – Clinically Informed
- Certified SYMBIS Instructor
- Certified Portrait Systems Leadership Assessor
- Former missionary and church planter to Estonia
Dee believes every single human being is created by God with value, purpose and potential. Her greatest desire for Rock Creek women is that our ministry empowers women to know God better and love Him more deeply, love themselves in a way that reflects Godly confidence, and positively impact others by helping them meet and follow Jesus
Dee is married to Executive Pastor, Greg Jones, and they are parents to three wonderful children: Gabi, Garret and Gracie. She enjoys chocolate, laughing, family road trips, and nature.
