This Iowa native moved to Arizona to complete her Masters of Divinity. With over a decade of leading in local church ministry and supporting church leaders around the globe, Diana’s wisdom, insight for ministry, and passion for people is sparking hope and faith in audiences of all ages. You can often find her enjoying coffee shops, hiking around the Phoenix Valley or enjoying adventures with her nieces and nephews! Diana is a leading voice on The Daily Devo, a regular Women’s Bible Study teacher, retreat speaker and preacher at her local church. But most importantly Diana is a woman on a journey to walk genuinely with Jesus day by day, receiving what He offers and serving others His way, with His help for His glory!

Diana is a compelling communicator who delivers messages with knowledge and relatability that winsomely guides audiences of all ages to better understand the heart of God.

Mary Shannon is a powerful Bible teacher and author, whose great love for Jesus and for Scripture inspires her audience to get their face in the Book! Most comfortable in a ball cap and ripped jeans, Shannon is a mother of 2 adult children, an experienced school teacher, and a gifted story-teller with a sassy sense of humor and a fresh transparency about the messiness of life: a recipe providing her with fresh insight and ample illustrations that can make you laugh and cry as she brings the Bible to life for the ordinary person.

We welcomed Dee Jones as Rock Creek Women’s Director in January, 2023. In addition to Dee’s God-given servant leadership qualities, she comes equipped as a: Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Biblical Life Coach – Clinically Informed, Certified SYMBIS Instructor, Certified Portrait Systems Leadership Assessor, and Former missionary and church planter to Estonia.

Dee believes every single human being is created by God with value, purpose and potential.  Her greatest desire for Rock Creek women is that our ministry empowers women to know God better and love Him more deeply, love themselves in a way that reflects Godly confidence, and positively impact others by helping them meet and follow Jesus 

Dee is married to Executive Pastor, Greg Jones, and they are parents to three wonderful children: Gabi, Garret and Gracie. She enjoys chocolate, laughing, family road trips, and nature.

With a deep love for God’s word, a passion for music, and a heart devoted to God’s people, Dawna is dedicated to creating positive change in the world—one message and one song at a time.

As a Worship Director at Cornerstone Church in Chandler, Arizona, Dawna thrives on opportunities to worship the Lord and help usher God’s people into His presence. As a recording artist, she shares her story through poignant lyrics and melodies, praying that her songs inspire and encourage all who listen.

After many years in worship and music ministry, Dawna felt a new calling from the Lord to begin teaching and preaching His word. With faith and obedience, she stepped into this new season, eager to share God’s truth.

Dawna writes and teaches for The Daily Devo, Bridging the Gap, AZ AG Women’s Ministry, CS Women, and special events. Regardless of the platform, whether through music or teaching, Dawna is passionate about empowering God’s daughters to rise up, step into their purpose, and walk in all that God has called them to be. She has a deep love for Women’s Ministries and partners with multiple women’s organizations across
the United States.

For five years, Dawna was a member of the Christian Women in Media Association, where she helped connect and equip Christian women in all forms of media. She currently serves on the advisory board for MN AG Women’s Ministries and actively participates in the AZ AG Women’s Ministries. Additionally, she teaches and serves on the board of Women’s Ministries at her home church, Cornerstone.

Outside of her ministry work, Dawna enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She thrives on coffee, loves fashion, and needs to have all things pink and sparkly in her life! Dawna and her husband Rick are blessed with two beautiful children, their son Kyrie and daughter Kinsley.

Jennifer Wilson is a wife to Aaron, mother of 4 and a Mimi to the most amazing grandson. A Proud Native Texan and graduate of The University of Houston, Jennifer earned her BS in Psychology. Jenn considers herself a “Jackie of many trades, who knows The Master of All”.

Sit with her for a few moments and you will come to understand her love of God and people.

After serving as a Women’s’ Ministries Leader for 18 years, Youth Ministries Leader for 6, Women’s Ministries Childcare Director, Volunteer Counselor for Care Net Pregnancy Center, Counselor for National Jewish Health Hospital, mentor, life coach, avid reader and aspiring published author, her days and memories are full of intentional connections with women of all ages, backgrounds and stages of life.

If you can’t find her with her dashing husband of 28 years… having coffee at a local shop with a friend… or applying red lipstick… then rest assured, Jenn is snuggling under a plush blanket with her trusty four-legged sidekick Bentley!

Pam Holman is one of our most beloved women at Rock Creek!  She has been married to Randy for 56 years and they have 3 children and 5 grandchildren.  They absolutely LOVE being close to their grandchildren and one of her favorite things is that four of them can ride their bikes to her house!

Pam is passionate about women connecting with other women of all ages and cultures. Women need women. After moving to Texas, God placed this “Joyful Gathering” idea in her mind and heart.

For herself, all she wanted was a chance to really connect with other women in a home environment. There were Bible Study opportunities, along with other studies and activities, but she longed to have connection with women in a home environment specifically to make new friends, connect with those of like interests, and just have fun. Pam wanted to have a short spiritual conversation and spend the rest of the time just connecting with each other. And that is exactly what Joyful Gathering is all about.

“Joyful Gathering” is exactly what it says: a joyful space where women gather to become friends and share life with one another.

Haley Birkelbach is ecstatic to return as this year’s Conference Emcee.  We could barely get the invitation out before she jumped in with a resounding “YES, PLEASE!”  Haley is part of our full-time staff at Rock Creek where she oversees  the Volunteer Process, Guest Services, and Communications.  She has a dynamic ability to connect with people and a passion for creating a comfortable, inviting environment so that anyone who walks through the doors at Rock Creek will know they’re welcome and will have the opportunity to connect with God.  Her charismatic personality and energetic communication style will have you laughing, possibly crying, and definitely keep you engaged, as she guides us through the weekend. 

When she’s not working or emceeing for an epic Women’s Conference, Haley loves to hang out with her family – Zack (celebrating 23 years of wedded bliss), Kamdyn (17), Kyler (16), and Krew (12).  They love to travel (with and without the kids) and have a family tradition of watching Survivor together!
